Account Inactive - No response from support

I applied last October and have been logging in to check the status periodically. A couple of weeks a go I signed in and it said my account was "inactive" and that I needed to contact support to have it reactivated. I contacted support via an existing open ticket (I added to the notes). That ticket has now been opened for almost 3 weeks even though the automated response said someone should contact me in 24 business hours. Is there any hope of onboarding or getting support? Can anyone who has been successful share what the process looked like for them?

Verification process has been incomplete for 6 Months

We submitted our company details for a seller account in August 2025, 6 months ago. I received the initial email telling us we are in "verifying" status and we haven't received an update since. There are no requests for additional business information that I've seen on the dashboard or through email. Is this normal??

Waiting for Walmart Capital Offer – Anyone Else Experiencing This?

Hi Sellers,

I’m selling my own brand on Walmart and also on other platforms like Amazon. Walmart is now my primary sales channel, and my account performance and sales have been consistently good.

Walmart did offer me capital during October–November, but that offer closed in December. Since then, even though my performance remains strong and I need additional capital to expand my catalog, Walmart has not offered any new funding.

Amazon continues to offer capital regularly, but Walmart Capital seems very limited or seasonal. I’ve also reached out to Walmart via email, but I haven’t received any response.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

  • Did you receive Walmart Capital only once?
  • Has anyone received a second or follow-up capital offer after the first one closed?
  • Is Walmart Capital strictly seasonal, or is there another eligibility trigger?

Would appreciate insights from sellers who have dealt with this. Thanks!

I applied last year for our business and it still has not been verified as of today , why is it taking so long ? I can't speak to anyone live and the emails from seller support doesn't clarify anything either , its getting frustrating .
